Pro tip: Turn on Automatic Updates

Did you know you can receive the latest graphics and data from Steelcase automatically in the FSL software? Just follow these steps:

  1. Click Steelcase FSL -> Options
  2. Check the “Automatically check for data updates” box
  3. Choose Daily, Weekly, or Monthly (we release updates monthly, but weekly will ensure you don’t miss it by a day)

    We have many PCs with Steelcase FSL 2.30 installed in client mode all pointing to a server for the Steelcase symbols. However the server does not have any Autodesk application installed and thus cannot get to the FSL UI. How would I go about updating the FSL content in this scenario? Would I have to install an Autodesk product (Architecture for example) and load the FSL UI to be able to update the FSL content?
