Create a Summary Report

The Summary Report function generates a report you can review or print for use with memos, letters, and other project documents.

To produce a Summary Report:

  1. Select either the Summary Report icon on the Steelcase FSL Toolbar……or select “Summary Report…” from the Steelcase FSL drop-down menu (shown below).
  2. Select the items you wish to report on, then press enter.
  3. A dialog will appear allowing you to choose the attributes you want on your report. Click on the attributes you would like to include, choose your Output Format, and click OK.

A report, similar to the ones pictured below, will be produced in your default web browser or in Excel.
