FSL 2.30 will break FSL 2.20

We will continue to brainstorm ways to keep the 2.20 FSL application working after the 2.30 version is released, but since we are changing servers behind-the-scenes, the 2.20 application will break as soon as the old server is turned off. We have not dealt with a “mandatory” upgrade before, so please bear with us as we fumble through this transition.
