Symbol Install Path

With the FSL 2.20 release, the symbols and data for the FSL are being installed to a new location: C:\ProgramData\SteelcaseFSL\ for Vista and C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SteelcaseFSL\ for Windows XP. This was done because of limited permissions to read and write from the Program Files directory in Windows Vista.

AutoCAD 2004 and 2005 Support

With the FSL 2.20 release, AutoCAD 2004 and 2005 are no longer supported. Autodesk no longer supports these applications, and it became apparent that we could not support 3 different versions of our program in order for it to run in all versions of AutoCAD and Windows.

FSL Diagnostics Tool

FSLDiag.exe, found in the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SteelcaseFSL\Utils\ folder in Windows XP or the C:\ProgramData\SteelcaseFSL\Utils\ in Vista is an admin tool that provides Steelcase FSL technical support team with important information about your computer environment. This tool should only be run as an admin, and may fail if run as a standard user.
